Wiltshire Airlines (IATA: WL, ICAO: WLS) is a virtual airline flying to over 100 destinations across the globe. Founded on June 10, 2013, we are the fastest growing airline posted on GEFS-Online, largest airline in the UK on GEFS-Online, and the largest overall by number of pilots. Wiltshire Airlines is also renowned for being the most advanced and realistic airline on the Google Earth Flight Simulator forums, with a financials calculation method that arguably surpasses the largest virtual airlines in the world.
Our primary hub is at London Heathrow International Airport (UK), with secondary hubs at Washington Dulles International Airport (USA) and Old Sarum Airfield (UK).
We are currently headquartered in a complex in Wiltshire, England. Our Worldwide Dispatch and Special Operations Centre (WDSOC) is located in Hillingdon, London, United Kingdom on the grounds of London Heathrow International Airport.
Please note: we are not a licensed air carrier in the United Kingdom nor the United States of America. We do not take reservations and do not provide actual flights, as we are solely a virtual airline for flight simulation enthusiasts.

our history
Originally based in Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Wiltshire Airlines moved its base of operations to London Heathrow International Airport on June 13, 2013, with a symbolic transition flight flown by the BAC-Aerospatiale Concorde. On September 2, 2013, Wiltshire Airlines merged with Continental Airlines Virtual (IATA: CO, IATA: COA). On November 3, 2013, Wiltshire Airlines purchased Royal Airways (IATA: RW, ICAO: RAW) for $140 million dollars. This transaction made Wiltshire Airlines the largest virtual airline on GEFS.
The year 2014 saw the retirement of Chief Financial Officer Bill Wohlers and Social Media Director Jhadon Grant, who were two very influential members of this organization who helped build it to be the most professional virtual airline on the GEFS forums.
On March 10, 2015, Wiltshire Airlines' name was officially changed to Wiltshire Airlines Virtual Group. On March 22, 2015, Wiltshire Airlines moved its official headquarters to a complex to National Harbor, Maryland.
In a decision made on the 27th of April, 2015, Wiltshire Airlines changed its IATA code from WL to Q6 to avoid airline code conflicts with existing real-world airlines. The decision took effect on 5 May 2015. The IATA code was changed back to WL on June 1, 2015.
On June 1, 2015, Wiltshire Airlines moved its headquarters back to London, United Kingdom on the grounds of London Heathrow International Airport.
On August 20, 2017, Wiltshire Airlines moved its headquarters to a new complex in Wiltshire, England.
